It's the fourth of July weekend - celebrating America, fireworks, apple pie and everything in between.
This will probably be my last entry for a few weeks - getting married on Saturday, and then the honeymoon - however, I will be back! I have 55 more recipes to go in the Professional Chef cookbook - almost halfway there! It has been interesting (just as my neighbors about why my new nickname is "Tater").
