Incredible night - Shrimp Bisque and more

I spent 3 hours tonight in the kitchen... and that was with my mother-in-law sous chef helping me at every turn. However - the results were great... made my first cream soup (the Shrimp Bisque) - which turned out to be VERY good - (I think the brandy that we burnt - intentionally - with REAL fire! - and the white wine really made the difference).

Also made a Homemade style meatloaf.. and the coolest thing about it is that was.. the meat. Ok.. funny, ha ha.. but it called for Pork, Beef, and Veal. What the hell? So.. I'm looking for Pork.. uh.. sausage at the store, and then something that could be like veal.. and then moving to the regular beef area... and guess what? They actually make that stuff! It's called "Meatloaf meat" - it's an unseasoned mix of beef, veal, and pork. How cool is that??
