Recipe 1- Pasta e Fagioli (Part 2)




Success! Ok... it has taken a lot longer than I thought (but I WAS able to work out during that time, so a little multi-tasking was accomplished).

The first picture is of the work-in-progress - the spices, veggies, and water. Next - the final product.. yum!

After my first "professional chef" recipe- I will say this. I believe there's something to be said for being in a class surrounded by others doing the same thing - and more importantly, by a chef that has experience. However - since I don't have that opportunity - I'm going to see how close I can get!

And that Pasta e Fagioli (in my humble opinion) is a good start!! :)
